Can you service a property between tenants or guest bookings?

Yes. We can continue handling the agreed collection days while the property is between occupants. Let us know about any changes to access, bin locations or the coverage you need.

Does one monthly price cover multiple properties?

The starting rate is $65/month per property. We can coordinate service across multiple addresses, with each property’s price confirmed according to its location, bins, collection schedule and access.

Does the service include sorting waste or removing extra rubbish?

Standard service covers placement and return of your agreed bins. Tenants and guests remain responsible for putting waste in the correct containers. If you need cardboard handling or other additional work, tell us in advance so we can confirm what we can accommodate and quote accordingly.
