Yes. A family member can request the estimate and act as the service contact. We still need the correct property details and agreed access arrangements at the home.

Can a caregiver receive service confirmation?

Ask for text or photo confirmation when arranging service and tell us who should receive it. We will confirm the communication arrangements with you.
